The first one in China! Successful delivery of Jinli Heavy Technology’s super-large traveling hydraulic module jacking machine.

On July 31st, the super-large traveling modular jacking machine designed and developed by Jinli Heavy Technology Co. and Guangdong Lite was delivered to Guangdong Lite at the test site in Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, and the delivery ceremony was successfully held.

The owners of this conference invited leaders and guests from Jinli Group, CECC Guangdong Thermal Power Company and OWM respectively. At the conference, Song Guang, General Manager of Jinli Heavy Technology, introduced the product details of the module jacking machine, and the relevant operators dynamically demonstrated the erection of the module lift machine and the test frame lap plate, hydraulic modular vertical lift system with the load jacking, descending, walking and so on.

The released hydraulic modular lifting system is a universal multi-point lifting system. The components can be customized according to the use of demand, self-lifting precision electronic control system, which can meet the demanding lifting needs of multiple scenarios.

Single hydraulic module jack-up leg load 300 tons, four simultaneous jacking rated load of 1200 tons, jacking, walking and other multi-functional in one, through the combination of multiple units, can be freely expanded to more than 4 units of a variety of combinations, to achieve the jacking of large equipment and walking, its jacking, walking control accuracy of millimeters. The maximum lifting capacity of a single unit of Modular Vertical Lift System can reach 800t, and the lifting height is 6-20m, which can be extended to 40m.

The key technology of the push up system has been mastered by foreign manufacturers for a long time, and Henan Jinli Heavy Technology broke through the foreign technology monopoly and successfully developed this set of super-large walking module jacking machine, which is the first set of products in China, successfully solving the problems of modular construction and limited space operation, and can be widely used in thermal power, nuclear power, municipal, petrochemical and other engineering fields to enhance construction efficiency and reduce costs in the scenarios such as construction of bridges, replacement and overhauling, lifting or leveling of heavy equipment.
