JILIN, China Jinli Heavy Technology has successfully completed the full-performance testing of its independently developed super-large walking Hydraulic Modular Jack-Up System at its factory test site in the Huling High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Jiyuan City, Henan Province, China. All performance metrics exceeded design standards, marking the successful specialized delivery of the first batch to Jiangsu Yongjie Special Equipment Co., Ltd. This delivery provides core equipment support for the client's subsequent heavy-duty engineering operations .

Lifting Speed Test

Within Jinli's 26,500-square-meter processing workshop and dedicated test area, the testing team conducted multi-dimensional, rigorous verification . A system comprising four modular jack units successfully performed complete process tests, including synchronized jacking and precision lowering of loads. The system demonstrated exceptional operational stability, achieving millimeter-level synchronization control precision .

The jack-up system delivered in this batch have a rated load capacity of 300 tons per module. When four units operate in combination, the system provides a total rated lifting capacity of 1,200 tons. This integrated system combines jacking and walking functions. Multiple units can be freely combined into synchronized systems of 4, 6, 8, or even theoretically hundreds of modules controlled from a single computer, enabling the jacking and moving of ultra-large equipment weighing tens of thousands of tons with millimeter-level precision in both jacking and walking .

The modular jack-up system is a versatile multi-point solution. Its precision electronic control system can be customized with various components to meet demanding lifting requirements across diverse scenarios . The JLDS series of this modular jack-up system currently offers a maximum lifting capacity of 800 tons per single module and a lifting height ranging from 6 to 20 meters, extendable up to 40 meters, fully meeting the multi-dimensional operational needs of super-large equipment .
