In complex terrains where conventional cranes reach their limits, tower cranes offer a decisive advantage.
6.25MW wind power project in Hengyang, Hunan, entered its peak installation phase. With a hub height of 150m, the site is located in steep mountains characterized by the "venturi effect," leading to frequent high winds and extremely confined working platforms.

The JINLI JLD2250S Wind Power Tower Crane proved to be the key to overcoming these site-specific challenges.
With a 200t rated capacity, the JLD2250S easily handles combined nacelle and rotor lifts. Compared to traditional crawler cranes, it offers higher load stability and reduces overall risk by 30%. With a maximum free-standing height of 217m, it covers hub heights up to 200m, making it compatible with onshore turbines up to 8MW.

In mountain projects, space equals cost. The JLD2250S requires a footprint of only 40m x 30m, eliminating the need for extensive site expansion and minimizing environmental impact. Its modular design allows for rapid relocation within 36 hours, significantly shortening project timelines and improving operational efficiency.

To counter wind shear and sudden gusts, JINLI developed a proprietary Intelligent Wind Control System for the JLD2250S. It monitors real-time wind speeds at the working level and triggers an automatic lock mechanism during sudden gusts, ensuring safety for millimeter-precision assembly at high altitudes.
From plains to peaks, the JLD2250S delivers a more efficient and safer lifting solution for high-capacity onshore wind power projects.
