Amid the nationwide trend toward upgrading and improving transportation infrastructure, the renovation and expansion of expressways are emerging as a new growth area in the heavy equipment sector. Henan Jinli Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. has entered Guangzhou’s Nansha district with its independently developed JLDS300t modular jack-up system, providing Jiangsu Yongjie Special Equipment Co., Ltd. with a complete set of heavy-duty dismantling and relocation equipment along with supporting technical services. The project has now been successfully completed.

The Fangma Interchange connects the road networks of the Bay Area’s four major cities. Its multi-level elevated ramps intertwine to link the Guangzhongjiang and Dongxin Expressways, and will eventually connect to the Shiziyang Corridor. With its numerous bridge ramps—all elevated above ground—it is truly the “highway transfer hub suspended in the air” of the Nansha Bay Area. The bridge being renovated in this project stands 11 meters tall. The construction area is confined, the clearance under the bridge is limited, and the self-weight of the long-span beams is enormous. Traditional demolition-and-relocation plans fail to meet the required precision and site adaptability standards, leaving an extremely low margin for error during construction.
Faced with technical challenges in the industry, Jinli Heavy Technology did not adopt a wait-and-see approach but instead focused on the high-end technology sector and achieved a breakthrough in core bottlenecks in one go, independently developing the JLDS300t modular jack-up system, which is precisely tailored to the core construction scenarios of bridge retrofitting. With wide compatibility, flexible and efficient deployment, and a broad range of applicable scenarios, this equipment It can be widely applied in key engineering sectors such as thermal power, nuclear power, municipal utilities, and petrochemicals, significantly improving construction efficiency and reducing project costs. It features a long service life and high versatility. Drawing on its extensive practical experience in frontline engineering projects, Jinli Heavy Technology has earned high recognition from Jiangsu Yongjie Special Equipment and project owners through its rigorous safety and precision standards. For the highly challenging heavy-load conditions involved in the simultaneous cutting and relocation of bridges, the JLDS300t modular jack-up system offers stable performance and ample safety margins, enabling it to efficiently adapt to extreme construction scenarios. The core advantages of the equipment are as follows:
1. Outstanding load capacity and lifting performance: Each unit has a rated capacity of 300 metric tons and a maximum lifting capacity of 800 metric tons; when four units operate in sync, the total load capacity is 1,200 metric tons.
2.Intelligent Cluster Coordination Control System: The equipment is equipped with an intelligent cluster control system, allowing a single master control computer to freely coordinate 4, 6, or 8 modules to operate in sync. Theoretically, up to hundreds of units can be coordinated, enabling the effortless jacking and traversing of 10,000-metric-ton components.
3.Flexible, Adaptive Top Section Design: The top section assembly features spherical hinge mounts and bidirectional leveling cylinders, eliminating the risk of off-center loading and providing millimeter-level leveling that is more stable and safer.
4.Ultra-high synchronization control accuracy: The equipment achieves millimeter-level precision control, with an accuracy of ≤±0.5 mm for a single machine and ≤±1.5 mm for a cluster of machines, effectively ensuring uniform stress distribution across the beam and mitigating the risk of structural deformation and damage.
5.High structural stability: Free-standing lifting height of 6–20 m, extendable to 40 m.

From preliminary site surveys and specialized layout planning, to rapid on-site assembly and commissioning upon arrival, and on-site technical support throughout the entire operation, the Jinli Heavy Technology service team was deeply integrated into the entire construction process, working closely with the contractor to ensure the smooth completion of each stage—including cutting, disassembly, and relocation. The equipment utilizes modular transport of base sections, requiring only hydraulic extension on-site to complete assembly. There is no need for large-scale road-blocking operations; the construction footprint is minimized to the greatest extent possible, reducing disruption to normal highway traffic; When equipped with the optional traveling trolley unit, the equipment can smoothly perform integrated translation, lifting, and positioning functions while under load, enabling a direct transition to subsequent bridge splicing operations and effectively shortening the overall construction schedule. Auxiliary cranes are installed at all entry points of the base, allowing standard section hoisting operations to be performed using an auxiliary crane in situations where space is limited.
