The wind power project in Qitaihe, Heilongjiang faces challenges including extreme low temperatures in cold regions (with a limit tolerance of -40°C), strong winds, narrow construction sites, and difficult relocation. The project adopts the JLD3300 wind power tower crane, a flagship model of Jinli Heavy Technology, as its core equipment.With a maximum lifting moment of 3300t·m, a lifting capacity of 220 tonnes, and a lifting height of 220 meters, the crane meets the hoisting requirements of 100-tonne components and high hub heights. Its robust wind-resistant design (working wind pressure of 250N/m²) solves the problem of wind interference in cold areas.Relying on modular technology, its base is foldable and the tower body adopts quick-install connections, enabling rapid relocation within 36 hours. It only requires a 40m×30m assembly site and a foundation bearing capacity of 0.175MPa, making it perfectly suitable for complex terrains.Equipped with a dual operating system and multiple boom combinations (maximum operating radius of 68.5m), supported by full-process services, the crane has efficiently completed precise hoisting and provided a mature solution for high-megawatt wind power projects in cold regions.
