The 6.25MW mountain wind power project in Hengyang, Hunan is located on narrow ridges amid high mountains, featuring limited terrain, complex wind conditions and a 150m hub height, posing challenges such as restricted mountain construction space, high-altitude operation and safety control.The project adopted the JLD2250S wind power hoisting tower crane from Henan Jinli Heavy Technology as core equipment, which has a rated lifting capacity of 200 tonnes and a maximum free-standing lifting height of 217m.With a pre-embedded foundation scheme requiring only 4m×4m space, it adapts well to narrow terrain without expanding the working platform.Its modular design enables rapid relocation within 36 hours.The 200-tonne heavy-duty capacity stably handles 100-tonne nacelle and hub assemblies, reducing hoisting risks by approximately 30% compared with conventional equipment.Equipped with an intelligent wind control system that monitors wind speed in real time and automatically locks during sudden gusts, it ensures safe operation.The crane successfully completed millimeter-precision docking at high altitude, efficiently supporting project implementation and providing a reliable lifting solution for extreme working conditions of onshore mountain wind power projects up to 8MW.
