Project Summary

On June 8, 2025, the JLL560 Wind Turbine Major Component Replacement System, jointly developed by Jinli Heavy Tech and Goldwind, successfully completed China's first live test at the Liuyuan Wind Farm in Gansu Province.

The system performed full-process gearbox removal, replacement, and installation on a Goldwind GWH204-6.7MW turbine, demonstrating safe, precise, and efficient operation. This milestone marks a major breakthrough in China's intelligent wind turbine O&M equipment sector, providing a new domestic solution for life-cycle cost reduction and efficiency improvement in wind farms.
