JLDS300t Supports the Renovation of the Fangma Interchange Bridge

The Fangma Interchange connects the road networks of the Bay Area’s four major cities, linking the Guangzhongjiang and Dongxin Expressways, and provides a connection to the Shiziyang Corridor, making it a critical expressway transfer hub in the Nansha Bay Area. With a bridge height of approximately 11 meters, the project features a narrow construction area and limited clearance beneath the bridge. Given the large spans and heavy dead weight of the bridge girders, traditional dismantling and relocation methods could not meet the required precision and construction standards. To address this construction challenge, Jinli Heavy Technology independently developed the JLDS300t modular jack-up system, specifically designed for heavy-load construction scenarios such as bridge retrofitting. It can be widely applied in engineering fields including thermal power, nuclear power, municipal infrastructure, and petrochemicals, offering advantages such as flexible deployment, strong adaptability, and a long service life. Drawing on its extensive engineering experience, Jinli Heavy Technology has earned the recognition of Jiangsu Yongjie Special Equipment and the project owner through the high safety and precision of its equipment. The key advantages of the JLDS300t modular jack-up system include:

1. High load capacity: Each unit has a rated load of 300 metric tons, a maximum lifting capacity of 800 metric tons, and a total synchronized load capacity of 1,200 metric tons when four units operate together.

2. Intelligent Synchronization Control: Supports free networking and synchronized operation of 4, 6, or 8 units, with theoretical scalability to hundreds of units working in unison to meet the jacking requirements for 10,000-metric-ton-class components.

3. High-Precision Leveling: Spherical hinge mounts, combined with bidirectional leveling cylinders, achieve millimeter-level precision, effectively preventing load imbalance.

4. Millimeter-Level Synchronization Accuracy: ≤±0.5 mm for a single unit and ≤±1.5 mm for multiple units, ensuring uniform stress distribution across the beam and reducing the risk of structural deformation.

5. Stable and Reliable: Free jacking height ranges from 6 to 20 meters, expandable to 40 meters, adapting to a variety of construction conditions.

Throughout project implementation, Jinli Heavy Technology provides end-to-end technical support, ranging from on-site surveys and solution design to equipment installation and on-site construction supervision. The equipment utilizes modular transportation and hydraulic extension assembly, resulting in a small footprint, rapid installation, and minimal impact on traffic. When equipped with traveling trolleys, it enables load-bearing lateral movement, integrating jacking and repositioning operations to further enhance construction efficiency and shorten the overall project schedule.
