Jinli Heavy Industry's JLD2250S luffing jib tower crane assisted in the maintenance of the catalytic cracking unit at Sinopec Luoyang Company in Luoyang, Henan, successfully completing the tank replacement.

Addressing challenges such as limited on-site space, multiple hoisting operations, and a 5m height restriction due to dense pipe racks, the equipment featured a 3.8m transportation cross-section to meet the height limit, and self-elevating technology enabling assembly in narrow spaces. With a maximum lifting capacity of 200t and multi-radius operation capability, it achieved precise and efficient construction. Its modular design enhanced disassembly, assembly, and transfer efficiency. The successful completion of the project highlights the equipment's core advantages of strong lifting capacity, small footprint, and high efficiency, validating Jinli Heavy Industry's "three-high" (high standard, high quality, high efficiency) operational characteristics and adaptability in the petrochemical sector.
